Co-founder, Matthew C. Hutcheson, M.S. (download CV)

Prior to co-founding Tegra Analytics, Mr. Hutcheson served as the Vice President of Development for a 35+ person consulting firm and served as an outcomes research associate for a Doylestown PA based consulting firm. During his time at Cornell, Mr. Hutcheson taught seven statistics courses as an Assistant Instructor and worked at Data Description, Inc. where he conducted statistical consulting and data analysis in addition to developing and designing the TREWESS (trimmed resistant weighted scatterplot smooth) module of the Data Desk® software package.

Mr. Hutcheson's superior analytical skills and expertise building statistical models in the areas of compensation design, forecasting, target marketing, sales force alignment, performance measurement and outcomes (HIV/AIDS, head & neck cancer, ovarian cancer, cystic fibrosis, pneumonia, coronary heart disease and Parkinson's) on many projects have won him praise from many clients. Mr. Hutcheson possesses the ability to manage, maintain and manipulate large databases (>1 million observations) as well as the talents to create graphics, sounds, movies, animations, interactive scripts and database reports for several Web sites which has resulted in Mr. Hutcheson receiving several prestigious awards.

Mr. Hutcheson is a graduate of Cornell University, where he received both his Masters of Science in Statistics in 1995 and a Bachelors of Science (with Honors) in 1992.

Co-founder, Duane D. Heydt, M.S.P.H. (download CV)

Prior to co-founding Tegra Analytics, Mr. Heydt served as Director and managed the South Carolina office for a healthcare consulting firm. After receiving his Master's degree in 1995, Mr. Heydt went to work at Geisinger Medical Center, in Danville, PA. He served as one of two Biostatisticians on staff. Mr. Heydt also served as a computer consultant where he honed his programming skills in a variety of relational database, programming and web development packages.

Mr. Heydt possesses skills in forecasting, compensation analysis, data cleaning, report generation, sales analysis, prescription analysis, application development and web development. Mr. Heydt specializes in the integration of statistical analysis and programming in a variety of software packages which allows him the ability to independently collect, integrate, analyze and report results in most formats requested by clients, including web based reports. His name appears on several publications for his work in the analysis of medical data.

Mr. Heydt received a Masters of Science in Biostatisics from the University of South Carolina in 1995 and a Bachelors degree in Statistics from the University of South Carolina in 1993.

Partner, David Heydt

Prior to joining Tegra Analytics, Mr. Heydt served as Manager-Special Projects for a pharmaceutical/healthcare consulting firm, and Senior Deployment Analyst with Biovail Pharmaceuticals. During this time he expanded his range of skills to include business and strategy focus with a technical and quality background. Mr. Heydt enjoys working with Sales and Marketing teams to translate data into actionable strategies.

Dave Heydt has worked with Presidents, Vice-Presidents, Sales Operation Managers, National Sales Directors and Region Directors to design, implement and evaluate dozens of sales force alignments and deployments ranging from 8 to 1,500 representatives. He has also developed specialized deployments for new product launches. For the past two years, Mr. Heydt has focused on Incentive Compensation plan design, implementation and administration for various sized pharmaceutical companies.

Mr. Heydt is a graduate of Clemson University where he received his Bachelors of Science degree in Economics with a minor in Pre-Law.
