We were faced with a number of demands from both senior management and sales management to improve analytics, compensation plans and field communication. We did not have the internal staff to facilitate all of these changes quickly. Working closely with our internal field analysts, we developed a series of customized reports that looked into sales force effectiveness and sales performance during both the launch phase of products and also our mainline products. Using Tegra’s skills, we were even able to develop specific field analytic requests and deliver in a timely fashion.
In independent analysis of Sales Operations functions, TGaS, an independent industry evaluation firm, was able to show a marked rise in functionality during this period against Industry Standards. The combination of a small talented internal team combined with the expertise of Tegra Analytics demonstrated the value they brought to our department during a critical time at UCB.
I’ve worked as a Data Analyst at Tegra Analytics for over 4 years now. Starting at Tegra was the perfect fit for me after completing my undergraduate studies.
